vcf-download-toolumds [-h][COMMAND]
Description:
ManagetheinstallationandexecutionoftheUMDS (UpdateManagerDownloadService) tool.
-h,--helpDisplaysahelpmessagethatprovidesinformationaboutthecommandanditsavailableoptions,andthen
exitsthetool.
Commands:
installInstallstheUMDS (UpdateManagerDownloadService) tool, which is required to run UMDS-specific operations.
Onceinstalled,theUMDStoolenablesuserstoexecutevarioustasksrelatedtoUMDS.Thiscommand
simplifiestheinstallationprocess,ensuringthatthenecessarytoolisavailableforfurtheroperations.
uninstallRemovestheUMDS (UpdateManagerDownloadService) tool from the system. Running this command will uninstall
UMDS,disablinganyfurtherUMDS-specificoperations.Thiscommandisusefulforcleaningupthe
environmentwhenUMDSisnolongerneededorifitneedstobereplacedorupdated.
runAllowsyoutoexecuteanyUMDS (UpdateManagerDownloadService) specific operations, provided that UMDS has
